Gay & Grey Montréal is built by its members, for its members. Since 2018, our community of 2SLGBTQI+ adults who are 50+ has been shaping every aspect of who we are, from the activities we run, to the committees we form, to the way we welcome one another.
This is a space where decades of lived experience, resilience, and joy come together. Together, we empower members, celebrate identity, and create an affirming future where we can all age with dignity, solidarity, and pride.

Gay and Grey Montréal (GGMTL) is a member-led community by and for English-speaking 2SLGBTQIA+ adults who are 50+. We create welcoming spaces to connect, move, learn, and advocate through weekly gatherings, social outings, wellness and learning activities, and peer-led groups.
